The Cat's Trapeze

Whilst shopping for the Lui Cat Scratcher at Supercat (a Swedish cat store since we do not have amazon here ) something called the cat's trapeze caught my eye. It looks totally different, the more I look at it, the more I like it! So, in the spur of the moment I added a three level the cat's trapeze in natural colour (jute) to the cart, a bit more brown than the picture.

I like the idea that it is natural fabrics, you can wash it and you stuff the pillows with either cheap IKEA GOSA Slån pillows or just whatever else you got really; old clothes, pillows or paper. It remains to be seen if the kittens like the trapeze as much as I do, I do hope they will.
The point with the trapeze is that it will act as a replacement for a normal bog standard beige fun fur cat tree (that we have already established we are not really into). What we want it for is as a sleeping place, climbing, playing and perching. We will probably get a stand for it or mount it to a wall rather than the ceiling. It is probably going to take some encouragement and persuasion to get the kittens up there, we will see...
